Hey everybody! I’ve been kind of silent lately, but I’m still kicking butt on my goals! Here is a quick update on where I stand at the half way mark for 2018 Session 3:
Goal 3.1 Finish Editing Vlogs:
I have finished and uploaded three vlogs, which you guys should all check out here: https://www.youtube.com/user/AARXNJAMES
This goal is going really well, and I am happy to be checking videos off my list. I have way too many videos to edit than I’d like to admit, but I am slowly working my way through them! I am still figuring out how to edit the North Carolina vlogs, as I did not film them in a vlog format, but more like a montage. I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it though.
Goal 3.2 Personal Growth Lists:
So I’ve been able to compile well over 40 courses that I want to tackle, but I had some trouble getting information from hiring managers. I am going to try calling them all again early this week. Hopefully I’ll get a response. I did have extreme positive feedback on the SalesForce courses, but there are dozens of them that I want to take. There is also a pretty cool hypnosis certification I am thinking about doing. This goal has been surpassed as far as a list goes, but I still want to get feedback on other potential courses.
Goal 3.3 Second Draft of Book Finished:
It took some time for me to gain traction with this goal, but I have made some progress. I finished the first section which deals with freelance/gig based passive income, and now I am knee deep in the section that discusses audience development streams. This section is a little harder, as I did not have as many list ideas, but I am slowly working through it. Out of all my goals, this is still the most difficult for me. Even in saying this though, I feel like I will be able to pull it off.
What About You?
How are your goals coming along? I realize that some people might only have one or two goals going on, but that’s totally fine! The whole concept of 3×6 goal setting can start with a single goal, or even coming up with a breakdown of potential goals. Let me know how you’re doing and if you’d like any feedback!
Thanks for reading.
